EPC, Inc. Expands, Rebrands and Aligns Global ITAD Markets

March 1, 2021

EPC, Inc., a subsidiary of CSI Leasing, Inc. and one of the world’s largest IT asset disposition (ITAD) providers, has recently expanded operations in South America and rebranded sister facilities in Europe in order to enhance and align its global capabilities and focus.

Headquartered just outside St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.A., EPC has 17 ITAD processing facilities worldwide, along with a vast network of strategic vendor alliances. All told, EPC services nearly 70 countries, making its global geographic footprint one of the largest in the ITAD industry.

Organizations around the world understand the importance of an organized and thoughtful global ITAD strategy in order to achieve a high level of data security and minimize electronic waste. EPC’s comprehensive, premium service offering for end-of-use IT devices is well-positioned to help multi-national companies achieve both their security and sustainability goals.

“Over the years, we have been increasing our global footprint in conjunction with customer demand,” said Dan Fuller, president of EPC. “Organizations around the world understand the need for proper ITAD. Data security and sustainability are not defined by borders, and neither are EPC’s services.”

As part of the global alignment, EPC has launched a new website, www.epcglobalsolutions.com.

In addition to processing retired IT assets for their vast client portfolio, EPC processes all lease returns for parent company CSI Leasing and its international subsidiaries.

Expansion

EPC’s newest facility, EPC Peru, S.A.C., will service organizations throughout South America. The facility will be managed by Ivan Herrera, who has been overseeing services and remarketing for CSI Leasing subsidiaries throughout the Andean Region for more than 5 years. Ivan has a total of 19 years’ experience in the IT lifecycle management industry. The facility spans 4,000 square feet and will initially employ five IT lifecycle specialists, with plans to grow as volume increases. “Ivan’s vast experience in the lifecycle management industry is a huge asset to EPC throughout the Andean region. With his knowledge and expertise, our customers can have peace of mind knowing their retired IT is handled properly and securely,” said Arnaldo Rodriguez, president of CSI Leasing, Inc. Peru joins our other Latin American ITAD subsidiaries, EPC de México, S.A.de C.V. and EPC de Centroamérica S.A.

Rebranding

To reflect the company’s evolution and commitment to a uniform, global ITAD business, CSI Leasing’s remarketing and recycling subsidiaries in Europe have rebranded. Effective immediately, CSI Lifecycle Services UK in Sheffield, England and CSI Lifecycle Europe in Bratislava, Slovakia are now known as EPC Global Solutions. “This rebrand reinforces the mission we have worked toward for more than 20 years. EPC, Inc. has been a global leader in the ITAD industry for decades is committed to proper data security and protecting the environment. The facilities in Europe have always worked closely with EPC in the U.S. Our principles and standards are well-aligned and I am excited to extend the EPC brand across the continent,” said Damian Rushworth, manager of EPC Global Solutions in Europe. Based in the UK, Damian will continue to manage all European ITAD operations, with the help of approximately 30 staff.

“This is an exciting time for EPC and our customers. We have always been committed to providing consistent service levels to our domestic and international clients. This expansion and rebrand helps move our mission forward,” said Dan Fuller. “We are also looking forward to expanding more services, such as our proprietary SSD shredding, to all facilities worldwide.”
